Cazo (cazo.co.zw) is an online marketplace in Zimbabwe for buying, selling and renting cars. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture).
• Listings: vehicle details, photos, price, location and contact details (such as a phone number) that you choose to publish.
• Usage and reports: saved cars, messages or reports you submit, and basic technical data (browser, device, IP address) needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To publish your listings and let buyers contact you.
• To prevent fraud, moderate listings and respond to reports.
• To operate and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Information you put in a public listing is visible to anyone visiting Cazo. We use Google Firebase (authentication and database) and Cloudflare (hosting) to run the service; they process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep your data while your account or listings are active. You can edit or remove your listings at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service is completely secure.
